Our primary goal right now is getting managers to list their properties so that when we open the site to the public we will have listings available to search for. Please spread the word to as many property managers as possible, the more we have the sooner we can open up the public beta.

• Each new property listing will receive 60 days absolutely free!
• If you purchase at least 30 additional days you will be entered in to win one of five ZuneHDs we are giving away (Limited to first 1000 managers to list at least one paid listing)
• For each day you purchase we will give you another half day free (up to 365 days free), so if you buy 50 days you would get an additional 25 days free, if you bought 730 days you would get an additional 365 days free.
• We charge just $1 per day, per listing. You can purchase anywhere from 30 days up to 730 days.

The next service in development is Superior Apartments, the service will offer listing services to apartment, town house, condos, bed and breakfast and others to property owners and managers. It has been a long time since having a blog on Krazier Designs and we are excited to get back into it. Why has it taken so long? For one I have been focused on my clients and building great new websites and services for all of you. I am still very busy with designing and developing but felt it was time to start talking and sharing what is going with Krazier Designs and what the future holds.

Obviously, I am not done setting up the blog, the blog is currently still using a basic template and doesn’t match any of our other services. We will be working on this over the next few weeks/months as we design a blog that fits our style.

I am looking forward to hearing comments and having starting to build relationships with all of you.
